The National President Sara Orme has signed papers nominating CSNA CEO Vincent Jennings in advance of the December 8th – 11th scheduled voting for the “Small Retailer” seat.
This seat is currently held by RGDATA Director General Ms Tara Buckley who has indicated that she will not be seeking a second term and fully supports the candidacy of Vincent.
All retailers who have registered with Re-Turn will have an opportunity to vote in the category they have been allocated – “small retailers” are those whose annual handling fees do not exceed €300,000. Those of you that enjoy maths will work it out, but spoiler alert – its 13.6 MILLION cans and bottles, or 37,360 EVERY DAY. Nice to see someone has a sense of humour!
