Delivery Tip

This may seem obvious but there is no harm reiterating the most basic requirement to prevent errors or frauds with regards to deliveries. EVERY single delivery docket needs to be checked, “ticked” and signed on the appropriate line to confirm that the staff member has actually seen and counted the products noted on the delivery note. It cannot be stressed too much that this basic requirement needs to be part and parcel of the operational and contractual obligations for your staff.
