The Insurance Shop Tip 58 – Early signs of improvement dealing with injury claims

I want again to take this opportunity to pass my sincere thanks to a number of retailers who are taking heed of our advice and engaging immediately and positively with victims of accidents thus making every effort to prevent receiving a formal claim.

I speak of retailers recently and even currently engaged in dealing with victims of an accident in a sympathetic and humane way where circumstances suggest that they have at least some responsibility. They understand that failing to be proactive would otherwise dictate a likelihood of the victim seeking legal advice on recouping medical expenses and loss of earnings which inevitably lead to claims for sums way beyond reason simply because it seems our legal system seems hell bent on making it so.

There are more of you doing so and I can honestly say that significant cost savings are greatly assisting our battle with increasing premiums which themselves are a consequence of these costs.
