Vincent Jennings
Chief Executive Officer
My journey in the retail industry began in 1966 in Limerick, where my father owned a newsagency.
From 1976 to 2004, I operated several forecourt and convenience stores throughout the city. Throughout my career, I have taken on various leadership roles, including Branch Secretary, Branch President, National Executive Member, and National President.
These experiences have given me a comprehensive understanding of the challenges our members encounter, along with valuable insights into potential solutions.
Amy Stafford
Membership Development Officer
Amy has been involved in the retail sector from a very young age. Amy has an honours degree in Services Marketing and since finishing college has worked for large multinational companies and Amy has been immersed in the retail sector from a young age, developing a passion for the industry early on.
She holds an honors degree in Services Marketing, which has equipped her with a strong foundation in customer engagement and strategic marketing.
Since graduating from college, Amy has accumulated extensive experience working for large multinational companies, where she honed her skills in various aspects of retail management and marketing.
Laura Kelly
Marketing Administrator
Laura joined the CSNA in 2015 and brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience. She holds an honours degree in Marketing, along with several relevant postgraduate diplomas, which have equipped her with a strong understanding of consumer behaviour and effective marketing strategies.
Before joining the CSNA, Laura spent over six years working in a newsagents while balancing her studies in school and college.
This hands-on experience in retail has given her valuable insights into the day-to-day challenges and opportunities that retailers face.
As a vital member of our team, Laura is known for her exceptional efficiency and extensive trade expertise. She is always ready to assist, whether addressing a minor query or tackling a complex issue.
