It has come to our attention that a number of individuals have been phoning or calling into retailers claiming to be a Payzone representative and asking them to print prepaid vouchers and cards.
Payzone and their partners will never phone a retailer and ask you to print a voucher. Do not print or communicate voucher numbers to any individual on the phone. If you receive a call asking you to do this, please notify Payzone Customer Care Team on 1890 882 600. We strongly recommend that you only accept cash for prepaid vouchers and cards. You should always collect the cash before the transaction has been completed. You should not accept any swipe and sign credit cards for these transactions.
