We noted this week two further instances of prosecutions by the Environmental Health Services/HSE for sales of a vape product to a minor in a Mr Price store in Limerick and a tobacco product in a Wicklow shop. Reports of each case are provided below.

While there are very significant different outcomes, the fact remains that if you don’t have documented evidence of your procedures , your training and your willingness to instil a compliant culture in your store, you will pay a very heavy price.
