Tobacco & Vaping Licences

Members will be aware that the new licencing system for both tobacco products and vaping products is due to commence on Monday February 2nd. This is the first day, there are 6 months during which an applicant must submit and receive their licence(s).

As the EHS (Environmental Health Service) has not, to our knowledge forwarded application forms to any registered tobacco retailer we have asked them for sight of these forms and will advise you accordingly.

The offence of not having a licence will only come into play AFTER the 6 month deadline has elapsed that is August 2026.
