Tobacco & Vaping Licensing

We are aware that there are still some retailers that have not, for a variety of reasons, been able to obtain their licenses.

If we can assist any members in this matter, please contact us as the EHS (Environmental Health Service) will not permit the sale of products in premises that do not have a licence and would be entitled to issue Court proceedings against retailers offering either tobacco or vaping products without a licence.
