Michael Kelly
Having started working in the retail industry at 16 years of age Michael worked with the Pettitt group, starting as a sales assistant and working up to management over an eight-year period.
In 2004 Michael took a career break into the hospitality industry before returning to retail and taking over the reins of Candys In Carnew.
There Michael managed the business for the Doyle family and in 2012 bought a shareholding in the business.
Continuing on from this he grew the business 3 fold since its foundation.
In 2024 The Site was acquired by the Maxol group and Michael has stepped up to take over the reins once again as a Maxol Licensee.
Michael believes the key to success is hard work, keep learning from your peers and colleagues alike.
